At Miramar, science and technology are female fields

We have joined the STEM Talent Girl movement (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), aimed at fostering talent and vocation of girls in science and technology, two fields in which women are still a minority.
We have organised a training session next Thursday 5 March for primary school children and students on their 2nd and 3rd year in Secondary Education. This session will be given by mentors and professionals with solid careers in the scientific, technological and business fields, who will tell us what they do, what their job is about and what makes it so interesting, with the view of awaking interest for these fields among girls.
This is the way we chose at Miramar to join this initiative to inspire, educate and empower the next generation of leader women in science and technology. Because more than ever, science and technology are female fields.
